Cross-platform (Flutter or React Native) is usually faster and more affordable for launching on both stores. Native makes sense when you need the very best performance or deep platform features. We'll recommend what fits your app, not what's easiest for us.
Yes. The source code, designs and store listings belong to you, and the app is published under your own developer accounts.
